My laundry room piping was old and had Been leaking for some time. I called Beaver Brothers and they sent out the service advisor within a couple hours. I was given a fair price and they had two techs out the following day to conquer my ancient plumbing. The guys did a great job and I was surprised how quickly they got it completed. No, and we would rather tell you now than after you call. Our office answers Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and we book same-day visits whenever the schedule allows. If water is coming in, turn off your main water valve first; it stops the damage while you wait.
In most Sacramento homes it is in the front yard near the street, in a box marked Water, or where the water line comes into the house. A quarter turn of the valve is usually enough. If you cannot find it, call us and we will talk you through it.
The service call is $0 when you approve the repair we quote on the same visit. You see the written price before any work starts.
It depends on the day, so the office will tell you honestly when you call. We do not promise arrival times we cannot keep.
